This is a drawing of an Ancient Roman sculpture found at Pompeii. It is actually relief work used for decorative purposes in a villa. It was quite common to use popular mythological subjects as a theme. In this case we have Achilles consulting with the Sybil who advises him to use the rust off his spear to heal a wound.
