Piazza Farnese

A view of Piazza Farnese in Rome. The large vat which has been used as part of the fountain is actually one of a few similar pieces found and taken from the enormous ancient Roman baths of Caracalla.

Napoleon had a go at removing them as part of his war booty but they turned out to be to cumbersome and heavy, so here they still are.
