The Property

On two levels with four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the villa easily accommodates up to 8 people. Scattered with original architectural features, the quality furnishings add to the comfort of the spacious living areas. The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering simple in this Rome villa.

Furnished patios and an extensive garden with mature trees and barbecue provide ample space for outdoor relaxing and dining after a day's sightseeing or at the beach. There is also a qualified riding school across the road offering further leisure activities. See more pictures.

The Area

Other than the Vatican and ancient Rome there are many local places of interest. For example, Tivoli, Tarquinia, Lake Bracciano, Civitavecchia are all very easily reached given the vicinity of the GRA (ring road) connecting to motorways and even Pompeii is a comfortable day trip. Florence, Assisi, Tuscany & Umbria are likewise available.

There are many amenities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The horse riding facility just across the road is an added attraction.

Further Details

Linen and towels are provided but guest are required to bring their own towels for pool and beach. Central heating for the winter Initial cleaning is included. The caretaker’s wife is available for extra cleaning at local rate. Shops within walking distance. Rentals are Saturday-Saturday Shorter periods may be possible on arrangement off-season The villa is generally available for occupation as from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.00am on departure day.

Heating in winter is charged separately according to metered consumption.

Security deposit: a cheque in the guests' own currency for the equivalent of Euro 500 is due on arrival as a security deposit against eventual damages to the property or its contents. The cheque will be returned on departure when good order has been verified.
