Access to the property is via an independent external staircase. The first
floor includes a large sitting room with terraces and view out to sea, a fitted
kitchen, a bathroom with hydro-massage bath. The second floor includes two
double bedrooms of which one has a small terrace with view out to sea. Bathroom
with shower.
In spite of being in a residential area the villa and ambience is restful,
facing out to sea and onto the beach. The beach is 50 yards away. The villa is 10
minutes from the centre of Francavilla al Mare, 20 minutes from the centre of
Pescara city, 7km from the Adriatic motorway as well as being a mere 40 minutes
away from the ski pistes of Maiella.
All types of local public transport are accessible including local and regional busses as well as trains. The closest airport is that of Pescara.
