Impressive Rome bed and breakfast rooms in a beautiful
Renaissance palazzo. It is truly unique and many have commented on how unusual it is to have access to such
special bed and breakfast accommodation and in such
a special location in
Rome. Rentals are per night. Also possibility of an extra
bed (pending availability).
All bathrooms are en suite. Pictures of the bed and breakfast
rooms are shown on a separate page.
It is worth mentioning that the bed and breakfast
rooms have independent access from the central courtyard - a touch of
privacy is never amiss - and
the De Luxe suite is particularly attractive for honeymoon couples.
Nestling in a small square in the heart of Renaissance Rome on the remains of the ancient city, the 16th century palazzo was originally built for the noble family Alibrandi and the 18th century additions and subsequent renovation over the centuries have but enriched its appeal.
For
four generations the building has belonged to the family now offering their
unique Rome bed & breakfast rooms and selfcatering
apartments for discerning visitors. Maintaining their high standards and ensuring the well-being of their guests
is a constant concern.
Great attention is paid to detail : antique furnishings and superior décor
alongside modern amenities as well as the friendly but discreet service, make
this private dwelling a very special Rome bed and breakfast.
Casa
Banzo hospitality begins in the stunning reception hall, with its stained glass
windows
and vaulted frescoed ceiling, and continues in the comfort of the self-catering
apartments or bed & breakfast rooms. Pictures of the
Palazzo.
Step outside into the ancient past of Rome and enjoy the fascination of the ages whilst having direct access to all amenities, shopping and the local market all of which are in the vicinity. The repeated detail below is taken from the dining room ceiling.

Spare a moment to look at our ancient Rome bed and breakfast map! Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Farnese, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, not to mention the Vatican……..the "Eternal City" of Rome is on the doorstep of this unusually lovely bed and breakfast. An evening stroll through the little streets and squares in the lamplight, a meal in one of the many good restaurants or trattorias, a good espresso or a cappuccino in the morning……. memorable moments to accompany your stay in the beautiful Casa Banzo bed and breakfast in Rome.
Eating out is simply a question of choosing from the many pizzerias, trattorias and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the property. "Campo de’ Fiori" as well as the "Trastevere" area are particularly well known amongst Romans wishing to dine out and pass the evening hours 'al fresco'.
