Property Description

Set in the countryside of the Marches, at 10km from the splendid Riviera Conero and 3km from the mediaeval town of Recanati. This beautiful ex-hunting lodge has been restructured to be a comfortable and private holiday challet.

Casale Recanati is large (110sqm approx 950 sqft on each of the two floors) furnished with authentic local pieces, including all comforts. The architectural layout has been left relatively open plan in accordance with the original architecture. Ideally sleeps 2 per floor but given the size can easily accommodate 4 if necessary.

The Area

Quiet, surrounded by 2 acres of its own land and Olive groves this is the perfect, romantic setting to come back to after a hectic day's lying on the beach or visiting the many beautiful sights to be found in this area: For example, the Opera is splendid and in fame approaching to that of Verona due to its fabulous setting.

There is no shortage of antiquities and Renaissance art close at hand. Just to mention the most obvious possibilites: Assisi and Perugia are within a day's visit. Urbino is an hour's drive away.
