Umbria villa - general description

In the heart of Umbria, between Perugia and Assisi, this Umbria villa Italy offers comfort, views, easy access to world famous art cities as well as to a number of activities within easy reach. The own produce Olive Oil, of low acidity and with the typical fruity aroma of Umbria oils is also to be tried. The local wines are not to be dismissed.

The villa is set on the top of a hill and is surrounded by over two hundred hectares of land of which about half are wooded. The other half is Olive grove which like the villa it surrounds is over a century old.

Umbria villa accommodation - apartments

The Umbria villa includes 8 apartments with independent entrance: 5 on the ground floor and 3 on the first. They have been recently renovated and each sleeps 2 + 2. The furnishings are both characteristic (wooden beams) and comfortable (eg orthopedic beds). Several of the apartments have a fireplace also. Each has:

Umbria villa accommodation - B&B

There is a smaller farmhouse building which includes 3 bed and breakfast rooms situated on the first floor with views over the Olive grove. The recent refurbishment means that all are both characteristic in appearance as well as comfortable (orthopedic beds!)

Each has heating, air conditioning, TV, bathroom. The largest called "the suite" has a sitting room also.
