A high speed service to help students of Ancient Roman history with their studies and essays, providing guidance and support similar to that which a parent or physical tutor might give.
We tailor rather than be prescriptive but for sake of example help with projects and essays can include:
i. Essay structure and content: Suggesting themes and areas to cover in any essay question. NB (Nota Bene!) In order to maximise your learning experience it is best if you have a go first using what you have recently studied before we dish you ideas on a plate.
ii. Review essays. Send them over and we'll read and check for structure and content. You will receive a list of suggestions back.
iii. References and Quotes: Spice up your work with some good references and quotes.
- Tutoring is about helping you write better essays, help you learn more and to save time by being structured in approach. At the end of the day the words on paper and the marks you get have to be yours.
- You cannot expect an answer in a matter of hours if there hasn't been any agreement for such short notice help.
For a handful of dollars approximately in the range of 2 to 10 dollars: it's a time related thing so it depends on what we agree to do. Simply reading through an essay and providing some suggestions and corrections will be at the low end (depending on how long it is!). Writing a structure for you, suggesting references and quotes and final proof reading is more involved and will be closer to the other end of the scale. School work versus university level work will also tend to be at different ends of the scale for obvious reasons.
Help is provided by Geraldine.: A fluent English speaker, diploma in English teaching and a degree in ancient history. A particular passion for ancient Rome where she lived for many many years.
